吞拿魚salad
面舖芝士碎,內有火腿

上次整ge港式包包吾夠軟熟,點解? 一直都諗: 邊個step有問題呢? 用埋湯種都吾得? 不過自從係台灣買了幾本整麵包書後,不斷研究,發覺大多數都無用湯種,係米都可以整到好味又軟熟ge包? 後來知道錯係邊到,就趁今日放假,試下啦! 果然,比想像中好味。我拿了3個不同款式比契仔,佢地話吾知以為係街買,真係識氹人 ^_^

我叫八掛妹,固然係八掛。我好鍾意整野食,近來,我更愛上整蛋糕同麵包。 雖然麵包店,餅店都可以買到美味的食物,而且價錢仲吾係好貴,但當自己成功地做出美食比身邊的家人,同事,朋友...享用時,見到佢地的歡樂,自己就會更開心。除此之外,我近來選擇學鋼琴,因為這是小時候的心願,希望藉此啟發大少(仔仔)對鋼琴的興趣
