第一次整ge法式面包


係米好似枕頭呢?個皮好脆,裡面好軟孰,好好味 (如果吾計外觀),的確幾"香脆鬆軟"ga

其實都係用普通面包,不過材料吾同我地之前整個d。吾知係米因為材料ge問題,整出黎同百佳買ge長條法式面包一樣---外脆內軟

高筋粉300g
糖30g
鹽3g
鮮奶195g
yeast 4.5g
牛油24g
