奶黃冰皮月餅



新鮮出品ge奶黃冰皮月餅,因為試整 (沒有高手--my antie從傍指導) ,只整了兩盒。雖然個樣吾係咁明顯,但下次會整得梗好 ^_^

我早幾日都整咗奶黃冰皮月餅,不過奶黃餡雪後變得較硬,食起來唔夠軟滑,想請教你應該點整才會整到軟滑嘅奶黃餡呢?

仲有我響網上睇到網友整冰皮一致有2種方法,一種係要蒸(我幾早日就係用依個方法整),另一種則用片粟粉等材料係唔需要蒸嘅方法,我想問邊種方法整出來嘅冰皮好食d,比較似大班d冰皮呢?

真係唔好意思問你咁多問題...^_^
