椰汁年糕


怎樣令到d年糕每件都不黐呢?就係用雞蛋煎過,除了容易分開外,仲很香口ga。其實每逢過年我最喜愛ge年糕就係呢款喇! 我覺得有椰汁味會梗香,今年我決定為自己做返一底椰汁年糕,當獎勵下自己整咁多野比身邊ge人吃,而且第日都吾駛等過年都可以食到啦, 所以話自己識整野食係最好不過。 但我有d同事or朋友ge諗法會同我吾一樣,佢地覺得要自己整倒不如買好過,乾手整腳,價錢同買ge差不多; 可能呢d就係興趣, 我覺得整出黎ge製成品比我好大滿足感^_^
