拿手瑞士雞翼


今晚12點後係我一位同事兼姊妹ge生日,咁Q我地返夜班,無理由吾同佢慶祝ge。我地都係一班食肉獸黎ga, 我一於整我ge拿手瑞士雞翼比大家啦! A..好同事:生日快樂呀! 又老一歲喇^_^

主要係用鹽先醃下d雞翼....( 雞翼先出水)
落鍋係咁意煎下d雞翼,加半碗老抽,加水蓋過雞翼,滾後一段時間落一塊至一塊半片糖
